Salary Packages and Fringe Benefits
  • A set percentage of the annual PBT will be rewarded to our employees.
  • 6% of superannuation contributions (governed by the Bureau of Labor Insurance) will be made to personal bank accounts of new recruits and existing staff who are qualified for the new policy. For existing staff who are under the old superannuation policy, a maximum of 15% contributions will be made to their designated bank accounts with the Bank of Taiwan.
  • In addition to National Labor and Health insurance, group accident insurance is also included.

Education and training
